Postdoctoral Positions
The laboratory of Professor Andrew D Smith invites applications for a
2-3 year postdoctoral position in Molecular and Computational Biology
at University of Southern California. Ideal applicants will have:
- A PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics, with a dissertation related to Computational Biology.
- Demonstrated ability in some theoretical aspect of their field
- Strong programming skills in one language from each of the sets:
{Python, Perl, Ruby}, {C, C++}, {R, Matlab}
- Published at least two first author papers in English
- Demonstrated written communication skills in English
Applicants must be able to visit Los Angeles for an interview without
