Postdoctoral Positions

The laboratory of Professor Andrew D Smith invites applications for a 2-3 year postdoctoral position in Molecular and Computational Biology at University of Southern California. Ideal applicants will have:

• A PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics, with a dissertation related to Computational Biology.
• Demonstrated ability in some theoretical aspect of their field
• Strong programming skills in one language from each of the sets:
  {Python, Perl, Ruby}, {C, C++}, {R, Matlab}
• Published at least two first author papers in English
• Demonstrated written communication skills in English
